Blayne & Pat Rollman - Principals
Blayne’s career in optical began in 1972 in a surface room, surfacing lenses. After 12 years he pursued his Dispensing License and started dispensing. He worked as a LDO for 5 years, today he still retains his licensure. When One Hour Services emerged in 1987, Blayne saw an opportunity to get back into the wholesale side of the industry and Peninsula Optical Laboratory was born. Pat had been working for Nordstrom’s for 12 years and decided to join Blayne at the laboratory. She quickly learned basic optics and surfacing. Now Pat manages the Customer Service team.

William Hein – Production Manager
Willie has been with Peninsula almost 20 years. He began his career at Peninsula polishing lenses on the surface line. Over the course of the following several years he worked in most aspects of lens production. In 2004, Willie facilitated the start up of Peninsula’s in house AR unit, which he managed for 5 years until he was promoted to Production Manager in 2009.

Kimberly’s career includes over 25 years marketing and advertising management. She began her career in the Eye Care industry in LASIK as a Regional Marketing Manager for a national LASIK company. From there she worked in the Lens Manufacturing segment of the market and joined Peninsula Laboratory in early 2010. Kimberly is ABO Certified and enjoys training and working closely with her customers helping them with profit analysis, customer service and training of staff.

Kelly has been in sales and management for over 9 years.  She began her career in the Eye Care Industry over 3 years ago as a Brand Sales Consultant and Regional Speaker for Essilor.  She has a degree in business management and merchandising which she utilizes to help her customers better understand their businesses and their customer's needs. Kelly is ABO Certified and enjoys educating ECPs on various topics that are relevant to today's ever changing optical industry.
